Final call for papers
Dear OLC 2025 speakers and attendees:
We cordially invite you to submit your abstracts to the OLC 2025 conference. The final deadline for abstract submission (oral presentation) is extended to April 25, 2025 (11:59 PM Taiwan Time UTC+8). The conference will no longer accept abstracts for oral presentations after this date.
The deadline for abstract submission for poster presentations is April 30, 2025 (11:59 PM Taiwan Time, UTC+8). Please submit your manuscript as soon as possible through the conference's online submission system:

Abstracts submitted after the submission deadline for poster presentation will not be eligible for the Student Paper Award competition for poster presentation.
Second Call for Papers
Dear Speakers and Participants of OLC 2025:
We sincerely invite you to submit your abstract to the OLC 2025 Conference, where experts and scholars from around the world will discuss the latest research findings in liquid crystal and related fields. NEW INFORMATION:
(1) Student paper awards
To encourage students to participate in this conference, the conference committee has established several student paper awards, including oral and poster presentations. The first three awards for oral presentation will receive prizes of 12,000, 8,000, and 4,000 TWD, respectively. The number and prize of poster presentation awards will be determined by the Conference Organization Committee based on the number of final submissions.
(2) Proceeding of OLC 2025
The conference will publish the Proceedings of OLC 2025 as a special issue of Liquid Crystals. This special collection is dedicated to the memory of Professor Corrie Imrie, the journal's Editor-in-Chief, who passed away unexpectedly in January this year. We honor his many years of invaluable contributions to the liquid crystal community and cherish the memory of his friendship. We encourage submissions to Liquid Crystals for inclusion in this special issue.
